
Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 25, 2025
At The Symph LLC, we take pride in providing premium booking and management services with professionalism and transparency. All payments made for artist bookings, logistics, or management-related services are considered final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.
1. Cancellations by the Client
If the client cancels a confirmed booking:

Deposits are non-refundable.

In some cases, partial refunds or credit may be offered only if the artist or The Symph LLC can secure a replacement booking for the same date and conditions.

All refund or credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Symph LLC.
2. Cancellations by the Artist or The Symph LLC
If an artist or The Symph LLC must cancel a confirmed engagement due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, force majeure, travel restrictions, or visa issues):

Clients will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid or a rescheduled date, subject to mutual agreement.

The Symph LLC will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses (such as venue costs, travel expenses, or marketing investments).
3. Force Majeure
No refunds will be granted in cases where performance or travel is prevented by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation interruptions.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payments or refunds will be handled in good faith and in accordance with U.S. law, under the jurisdiction of the State of Florida.
